Copyfold Terms of Use

  1. The service. Copyfold is a clipboard manager for Mac, iPhone and iPad with optional sync and team features.
  2. Account. Sync and team features need an account (Sign in with Apple or e-mail). Keep your devices and recovery code safe. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
  3. Subscriptions. Copyfold Pro and Copyfold Team are auto-renewable subscriptions sold only through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings. Unused free-trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  4. Teams. The team admin's subscription determines the number of seats. Members get team features while the admin's subscription is active and a seat is available. The admin manages members and team rules and is responsible for inviting only people allowed to receive the shared content.
  5. Your content. You keep all rights to your content. It is end-to-end encrypted for sync; we cannot read, recover or moderate it. You are responsible for what you copy and share, and must not use Copyfold for unlawful purposes.
  6. Encryption keys. If you lose both your iCloud Keychain and your recovery code, synced data cannot be recovered. We are not liable for that loss.
  7. Availability. We aim for reliable sync but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Local history on your device keeps working without the server.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, personal injury, consumer rights).
  9. Changes and termination. We may update these terms with notice in the app. You may stop using Copyfold at any time; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
  10. Law. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected.
